Bootha the Witch

By Diana Metz

Children's, Action & adventure | eBook

Bootha never wanted to be the bad witch, but accidents will happen, and now she has to take her sister’s place as the local wicked witch. She tries to fit into the role but it’s not going to be easy. The tight pointy hat, uncomfortable broom, and hungry oven were not making things better for her. Even as she was beginning to make friends, the local parents’ group was getting a petition together to get her locked up. You’d think life would be easier when living in a gingerbread house. Bootha is fun for readers of all ages. A fun play with a traditional fairy tale style.

Diana spent her childhood in the lush green Willamette Valley of Oregon. She knew there had to be dragons hidden in the forest. In 1992 the Metz family moved to Rock Springs, Wyoming, where there are very few trees and only small dragons. Diana started writing stories for her three children in 1997.
