By Pat Anderson

Historical fiction, Thriller | Paperback, eBook

In 1972 the Provisional IRA makes the decision to carry out a bombing campaign in England. All, however, is not what it appears. It is actually an Englishman that is pushing the IRA into this course of action. The Englishman is head of a secret and elite organisation, simply known as The Club, which he uses to follow his own agendas. Meanwhile, a young girl in an orphanage in Northern Ireland is determined that everyone sexually abusing her is going to pay, no matter how long it takes. A clandestine power struggle is going on and, as always, it is the innocent that will suffer the most.

After graduating in History from Stirling University, Pat Anderson moved to Edinburgh, where he trained as a primary-school teacher. He worked in various schools in Glasgow and then at Whitecraig in East Lothian. He and his wife have one daughter and, earlier in 2016, became proud grandparents.
