Making Progress

By Brady Möller

Personal growth, Psychology & philosophy, Health & well-being | Paperback, eBook

Every decision you make today will have an impact on the decisions you will be forced to make tomorrow. Regardless of where you fit in this game of life. 1. You don't know who you are, instead you find yourself constantly changing to "fit in?" 2. You know you need to, but asking for help is one of your hardest things to do? 3. You hold deep resentments and grudges that hurt you more than any one else? 4. You tell people they're forgiven, yet you struggle to truly let go? 5. You may even have turned to addictive behaviours to help you cope with life's stress? 6. No matter how hard you try, the feeling of "something missing" remains! Does this sound like you? If YES, then this book is written for you. Note: This is not your typical get up, be positive and do it self-help book. It's a book written, in depth, for us to gain a better understanding of who we are, why we do the things we do, the driving factors behind our fears and how to deal with all of these problematic areas in our lives.
