Slow motion yoga is a form of Yin yoga where you stay in the poses, gradually strengthening and elongating your body. It is a great yoga for those who are older and find themselves unable to participate in a faster flow. There is flow in poses in a yin class, but they are slower.

Doris is a registered nurse and yoga teacher who specializes in helping people who are aging and still want to participate in yoga to help with their balance, flexibility and strength.
