Having spent 18 years of her life living in Spain, Pat Jackson is now back in Dorset, England, where she spends her time writing and giving Spanish tuition. She is married with one daughter (now flown the nest) and two cats. Too Long To Die was a result of her love of crime fiction and a fascination with the Upper Paleolithic era. It is the first in a series - the second novel will be out shortly. Pat Jackson is a nom de plume - her real name is Penny Smith.
