Cats in the City

By Dante Petrillad

Children's | eBook

Follow the story of Ringworm, Tailface, Gumgap and Pegleg, four city cats, struggling to survive in an environment hostile to feline life. The four friends live on the roof of a building above a fruit and veg shop. Their life is uneventful until one day a human decides he's had enough of them and wants rid of them! As the human tries to catch them, Pegleg is flung off the roof and lands in a crate of watermelons on a delivery truck. His wooden leg is stuck in a melon and he can't free himself. The truck drives off, taking Pegleg with it!

Dante has been writing for over 25 years in different genres, including poetry, fiction and non-fiction. He has self-published seven books on Amazon. The books vary from a novel called God's Will to a humorous cat naming book and four non-fiction books in the areas of memory improvement, weight loss, debt freedom and changing beliefs. And now with Cats in the City, he has moved into children's fiction.
