When I sit and ponder, my thoughts travel way over yonder.

And when they come back, they still are on track.

To the limits they soar, like a lion they roar.

Like an artist they tour, the halls of intelligence.

Searching for things in life of relevance.

I trust my gut, it knows what's up.

It has no eyes and still has sight.

It senses things when they aren’t right.

It sees through darkness without light.

It’s where my instinct rests and hides.

It’s ultimately where my truth resides.

That is the reason I trust my gut.

If they hate my guts they can kiss my butt.

It's all about where your head is at.

Not necessarily where your bread is at.

It’s all about where your heart is at, not necessarily from where you started at.

It’s all about what your actions are, not necessarily what they’re asking for.

It’s all about what you do in life, especially if you do it right.

It's my heart and it's not a toy.

It only wants to bring you joy.

It only wants to treat you right, and share its feelings every night.

It can be yours for me to share.

Just be sure to treat it with care.
