Jacob's Justice

By p.d.r. lindsay

Historical fiction, Crime & mystery | eBook

It's 1642, and mighty England is tearing itself apart. Jacob Emerick, of the Merchants Emerick, shipping owners, must save the family's gold and ships from the loyalists to the King who will do anything to help their despot. The Puritan extremists want those ships and the gold too. Both sides are prepared to seize everything the family owns and Jacob has to prevent this happening. In a few short months he sheds the easy bravado of privileged youth and become a deep thinker, powerful fighter, and a man wanting peace.
