In his youth, like a seed, he was planted in Africa where his experiences were recounted in the absorbing pages of ‘African Harvest.’ Its magic and beauty captured his heart like a madness from which he has never recovered. For many, having read that true story, he was repeatedly asked…. ‘and what happened then?’ African Harvest was an autobiographical story of what he personally harvested from his few years in Africa, with all its joys and emotions. The Three Rings takes up the story following those earth shattering experiences. Showing that with encouragement and determination a new life can be carved out despite all the adversities thrown at you.



So, again, I set off on a soul searching experience, necessary when you need to recall and set down the full details for an autobiography. To write anything but the truth and the full circumstance of events is to water down, hide and distort the essence of the story. It is a tough emotional experience but one you have to go through. Some people’s names have been changed in order to protect them, but their personalities have remained. All the events are true with only minor dramatic liberties taken to illustrate the story.
