Wil's winter: Five Years Later

By Antoinette J. Houston

Fantasy, Paranormal | Paperback, eBook

Wil thought they had gotten through the hard part. Jason was gone and Bobby was no longer an interference. For a while, Wil and Rita were happy and free of their sordid past. She had even stopped setting random fires and they had gotten closer. Rita began to open up more with him as they traveled further from Georgia. The group hopped from one motel to another, never staying in a town longer than a few months just in case Bobby was still tracking them. That was, until they got to Horsenose. It was a stupid name for a nowhere, one-road town. It was where Wil figured they could start anew, to make a home. And for a while it was. But even small towns can have big-city drama and Horsenose was no exception. With nosy townsfolk and Rita's persistent admirer causing trouble, it wasn't long before things came to a boiling point for Wil again. Things only got worse when the town's residents started sharing their own secrets. Not to mention that Bobby had finally caught up with them. Winter was coming and it was going to be a long one.

I used to get in to a lot of trouble when i was younger because of my wandering mind. Day-dreaming helped me escape a lot of things while growing up. I'm 40 now and my imagination has not failed me yet. It continues to grow in fact. Publishing my first book in 2014 has turned up the need to 'release' the wild and creative stories that have bounced about in my head. I enjoy writing and look forward to when I get home from work to sit ether in front of my computer or with pad and pen. Constantly writing, scribbling some scene or character profile for later. When writing gets blocked I have my other hobbies to get the creativity flowing again. I love music of all types. I'm a casual gamer. You can always get me with Sims or some Fantasy RPG. I've also gotten pretty good at leather creations.
